Landen Homes

Creating Smaller, Elegant Subdivisions Within Existing Neighbourhoods for Over 30 Years

Become Part of the Landen Homes Family

Landen Homes specializes in “infill” building in Orillia. We have made a conscientious choice to build within existing neighbourhoods, and build smaller subdivisions with fewer homes, to create a community feel focusing on limited-edition quality homes.
At Landen Homes, we bring a unique combination of building and design skills to every project. We work hands-on throughout every construction project. In fact, Bernadette will work personally with you throughout the entire colour selection process!
Buying a home is a big and exciting decision, which the Landen Homes family doesn’t take lightly. Dennis and Bernadette take pride in their unique approach of being personally available to homeowners throughout this process.
Dennis is a Civil Engineer whose passion is building quality homes. Bernadette has been the owner of a design/staging company. Together they ensure that every detail is given their full attention from both the building to the finishing stages.

Landen Homes Donates $3,000 to Lions Oval PS Initiative

The Lions Oval PS Student Leadership Team accepted a $3000.00 donation from Dennis Bottero of Landen Homes on the tarmac at Lions Oval PS. The donation funded the repainting of the tarmac games used by students at recess time. The donation also supports the Student Leadership Team’s ongoing initiative to promote healthy active living at school in conjunction with their efforts to provide outdoor play equipment for student use at recess time.

The Student Leadership team is composed of students in grades four to eight, with the executive (pictured here) composed of more senior students who have indicated an interest in contributing to the school in various capacities. The efforts include organizing food drives, fundraising to support the purchase of outdoor athletic equipment for Lions Oval students, fundraising to support education for girls in developing countries, organizing school dances and other student activities at the school, and leading the peer mediation program at the school
